Most notary courses are written by marketers.

This one isn't. It's built around what actually happens at the signing table — the documents, the questions you're not allowed to answer, the errors that get packages rejected, and the difference between a notary who gets called back and one who doesn't.

Why this course exists

I tried a lot of side hustles. I made money with all of them. But mobile notary was the only one that actually changed things.

It was nine months before I took a single paid signing — six months of studying after work, practicing at my kitchen table, learning the documents cold, then three more getting my supplies and equipment together. All while still working my 9-to-5. Then I launched, and for four years this was my income. It got me out of debt, paid for my child's college, and eventually carried me into a real estate career because the skills transferred.

Along the way I worked alongside title companies and escrow officers, and I watched what separated the notaries who got called back from the ones who didn't. It was never talent. It was knowing the workflow cold and staying inside the lines.

That's what this Blueprint teaches. Not hype about what you might earn — the actual mechanics of doing the work correctly, from your commission application through your first ninety days. It wasn't quick and it wasn't easy for me, and I won't pretend otherwise. But it works if you put in the time.

The weekly newsletter: how I actually did it

The course is the nuts and bolts — every document, every script, the full system. The newsletter is the part that isn't in any course: how it actually went, day by day and week by week. What I got wrong. What I'd do differently. The slow first month and what I did about it.

I've also trained other notaries who've built this into real income of their own. I'd like you to be next.

The 200-Company Campaign — delivered ten at a time

Module 9 lays out the strategy: apply to ten verified signing services per business day until you've reached two hundred. But a list of two hundred companies dropped on you at once is a list you never work through.

So we're running it as a series. Every week, Generation Earn subscribers get the next batch of vetted companies — with what to check before you apply, what the payment terms typically look like, and the red flags that mean walk away. Ten at a time, twenty weeks, until the campaign is done.

What you'll actually need to buy

Three of my nine months getting ready went to tracking down equipment. The seal, the record book, a printer that can handle a loan package. Here's the whole list in one place — required items first, then the gear.
